William Locke (1628-1720) who immigrated from London in 1635 as an orphan at the age of 6 with his Aunt Sarah and Uncle Nicholas Davies on the ship Planter. He married Mary Clarke in 1655 and lived in Woburn, MA., and had 9 children, 6 boys and 2 girls of which married and had their own children. He became a deacon of the Woburn church and led a very distinguished life to the age of 92.
